Chapter 10 — For England — 007 First Light Walkthrough
Overview
The finale. MI6 HQ is in lockdown, the prison cells are open, Isola has run, and Damien Webb is inside the building — he wants the THEIA core. Bond chases him through utility tunnels, hacks fuseboxes with the Q-Watch, fights through Q-Lab using hackable turrets, pulls the Aston Martin Valhalla out of the Wearables section, and clears a tunnel with machine guns and missiles.
Then comes the final boss — Damien Webb in a powered mech suit, fought in two distinct phases plus a final QTE. The ending: Greenway’s grave, M’s offer of 001, Bond’s request for 007, the classic theme. “JAMES BOND WILL RETURN.”
Spoiler note (heavy): Roth reappears at the end, has Bond at her mercy, saves him, and walks off with the THEIA core. She confirms she’s not French DGSE — she works for an unnamed foreign client, strongly implied to be SPECTRE. THEIA is not destroyed.
Final boss — Damien Webb
Two phases plus QTE:
Phase 1 — Proximity hack. Damien runs a jammer that blocks gadgets. Bond has to stay close to him to hack the suit by proximity, dodging melee. Then lure Damien near environmental hazards and hack the hazards — three environmental hacks deplete his HP.
Phase 2 — Synchronized turrets. Damien is on a central platform; Bond on the periphery. Damien uses a synchronized turret. Bond hacks the first turret and mirrors Damien’s aim back at him. Once the first turret is destroyed, take the second turret to finish him.
Final QTE. Button prompts to defeat Damien physically. Bond drags him into the water below MI6. The water shorts out the mech suit. Damien dies.
Objectives (in order)
- Stop Damien — chase through the tunnels under MI6. Drop down the hatch, through the narrow gap.
- Hack fuseboxes with Q-Watch to open bridges + extend gantries (3 fuseboxes in sequence).
- Climb the ladder, kick the door, kick the trolley out of the way.
- Climb the yellow pipe, shimmy left, climb into the room.
- Reach Q-Lab; clear enemies using hackable turrets.
- Find Valhalla keys — Q’s jacket in the Wearables section, last coat on the right; activate the switch first.
- Drive the Valhalla — machine guns + missiles. Aim by rotating the car body. Target explosive cans + environmental hazards for AoE.
- Exit the tunnel.
- Damien Phase 1 — Proximity hack only for the Fire in the Hole! challenge; otherwise lure into environmental hazards.
- Damien Phase 2 — first turret hack, then second turret. Smoke Pods for cover.
- Final QTE. Defeat Damien physically.
- Cutscene: Damien shorted out in the water, Roth takes THEIA, saves Bond.
- Greenway’s grave: M offers 001, Bond requests 007, classic theme plays.
Walkthrough (key beats)
Fusebox hacking. Three fuseboxes in sequence. Q-Watch is the entire kit for this stretch. Don’t waste battery on enemies — keep it for the boxes.
Valhalla keys. In Q’s jacket in the Wearables section. Last coat on the right. You have to activate a switch first to power the rack. Bond’s first and only drive of the iconic car.
Driving the Valhalla. The car rotates as a unit. There’s no independent gun aim — you reorient the car to aim, then fire. Missiles on grouped enemies and explosive cans; machine guns for individual targets and hazard panels.
Phase 1 — Fire in the Hole! variant. For the challenge, do NOT use environmental hazards. Stay glued to Damien, proximity-hack only. The electrical pulse damage is enough if you sustain proximity. For a normal run, lure Damien near hazards and hack them — three hits clears the phase.
Phase 2 — Turret Aficionado. Damage Damien with the first turret in under 2 minutes. Throw a Smoke Pod for cover, run straight to the turret, hide behind cover only if low health, spam R2/RT once the turret is hacked. Time pressure is the gate.
The ending. After Damien drowns, there’s no further gameplay. The Roth save + THEIA exit + Greenway’s grave + 007 request + classic theme + “JAMES BOND WILL RETURN” play straight through. There is no New Game Plus, but Chapter Select unlocks fully for collectible/challenge cleanup.

Tips
- Don’t burn Q-Watch battery on enemies during the tunnel. Save it for the fuseboxes.
- Valhalla keys are in Q’s last coat on the right. Activate the switch first.
- The Valhalla rotates as a unit. Reorient, then fire.
- Fire in the Hole! is proximity-only. No environmental hazards for the challenge run.
- Turret Aficionado is a time check. Smoke Pod + spam R2.
- THEIA is not destroyed. Roth walks off with it. Sequel hook.
- After credits, chapter select unlocks fully — use it for cleanup.
