007 First Light Supporting Cast — Cressida, Monroe, the Webbs
The eight headline characters of 007 First Light get their own pages. The supporting cast below carries the rest of the campaign — recruits, geneticists, two generations of Webbs, and the men who don't survive their own chapters. All facts here are pulled from the game and IO Interactive's official cast list.
Cressida Bright
Actor: Jessica Rhodes · Affiliation: MI6 00-program recruit · First appearance: Chapter 1 — The Needle's Eye

Cressida is one of the 00-program candidates Bond trains alongside in Malta. She is in the inner circle for the Slovakia operation in Chapter 3, where the Murto twins plant a bomb that kills Lennox Monroe and two other recruits. Cressida survives the blast but is left paralysed — one of the campaign's hardest off-screen consequences and a major reason Bond's relationship with the 00-program darkens through the back half of the game.
Appears in: The Needle's Eye, All the Time in the World.
Lennox Monroe
Actor: Chris O'Reilly · Affiliation: MI6 00-program recruit, ex-Royal Marine · Status: Killed in Chapter 3

Monroe is the older, harder-edged 00-program candidate Bond squares off against in the free-roam fistfight that closes Chapter 1: The Needle's Eye. Ex-Royal Marine, ex-everything, the recruit everyone — including Greenway — quietly assumes is the front-runner for the 007 designation. He is killed by the Murto twins at the Grand Carpathian Hotel during Chapter 3: All the Time in the World, in the same explosion that paralyses Cressida.
Appears in: The Needle's Eye, All the Time in the World.
Theresa Lorca
Actor: Raquel Cipriano · Affiliation: Portuguese geneticist, Webb Industries contractor · First appearance: Chapter 8 — Time to Die

Lorca is a Portuguese geneticist working on the Webb Industries program. She is one of the targets at the Pearl Resort in Vietnam — Bond plants a tracker on her during the social-stealth portion of Chapter 8: Time to Die, alongside Ramon Hernandez. Her work for Webb ties her directly into the HYPERION rollout in the Antarctic facility one chapter later.
Appears in: Time to Die.
Sir Nicholas Webb
Actor: Anthony Howell · Affiliation: Webb Industries (CEO) · Status: Killed in Chapter 9

Sir Nicholas Webb is the campaign's primary villain on paper — the Webb Industries CEO whose quantum supercomputer THEIA MI6 has been using to predict terrorism. Webb's terrorist operations are cover-ups for THEIA's false-positive calls: THEIA's first mistake was branding Beckett and two other agents as moles, whom Greenway was sent to eliminate. His endgame is to supplant the British government with HYPERION, THEIA's sibling AI. He is killed by Isola Roth inside the Antarctic HYPERION facility in Chapter 9: Wave of the Future — moments before Roth walks out with the core herself.
Appears in: Knightfall (penthouse safe code 1493E), Uninvited (Webb Industries Gala), Wave of the Future.
Damien Webb
Actor: Bart Edwards · Affiliation: Webb Industries (heir) · Status: Killed in Chapter 10
Sir Nicholas's son and the campaign's secondary villain. Damien is the field operator the Webb organization uses for direct action — including the pursuit in Vietnam during Chapter 8: Time to Die, where he wounds Greenway. Bond hunts him down at the Pearl Resort and seemingly kills him by crushing him under pipes. He survives, encased in an exo-suit, and returns as the final boss in Chapter 10: For England — the Aston Martin Valhalla chase through London. Bond throws himself and Damien into the MI6 sewer water below, shorting out the exo-suit and drowning Damien.
Appears in: Time to Die, For England.
