Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 007 First Light Wiki (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this site

The Site is an independent, non-commercial fan reference for the 2026 video game 007 First Light. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to IO Interactive A/S, Amazon MGM Studios, EON Productions, Danjaq LLC, the Ian Fleming literary estate, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Nintendo, or any other rights holder of the James Bond or 007 properties. James Bond, 007, the gun-barrel logo, character names, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Fan-site disclaimer

All references to the James Bond franchise — including character names, locations, story details, screenshots, gadget designs, and game mechanics — are used for informational, editorial, and reference purposes under principles of fair use, fair dealing, and other applicable exceptions to copyright. No commercial association with any rights holder is implied. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site exceeds those principles, please contact us using the address in section 11 and we will respond promptly.

3. Intellectual property

The editorial text, page structure, guide layouts, and original commentary on the Site are © 2026 the operators of 007 First Light Wiki, all rights reserved. You may:

  • read pages for personal, non-commercial use;
  • quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page;
  • share links to our pages on social media or in forums.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site's text or images on another site, in print, or in any commercial product;
  • scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate bulk extraction of the Site's content, including for the purposes of training machine-learning models;
  • create derivative works that compete commercially with the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Third-party links and advertising

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including sources we cite and advertising served by third-party networks (see the Privacy Policy). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We make a good-faith effort to keep walkthroughs, statistics, trophy lists, and version-specific information up to date, but games receive patches and our coverage may lag behind. Use any guidance at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site's operators from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site's operators are domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Specific governing-law and venue details will be added when the Site's operating entity is formally established; until then, this clause is informational.
