007 First Light System Requirements (PC)

IO Interactive published the official PC system requirements for 007 First Light a few weeks ahead of the 27 May 2026 launch. The game targets a wide hardware range — a six-year-old i5 plus GTX 1660 can run it at the minimum bar, while modern RTX hardware unlocks path tracing and uncapped framerates with DLSS 4.5 Multi-Frame Generation. The two tiers below are sourced from the official Game Informer spec report.

PC-exclusive features

The PC build is the technical showcase version. IO Interactive partnered with NVIDIA to bring the following exclusives to PC:

  • Uncapped framerate — no console-style 60/120 fps ceiling. Hardware is the only limit.
  • NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 with Super Resolution, Ray Reconstruction, and Multi-Frame Generation (RTX 40/50 series).
  • Full path tracing for global illumination, reflections, and shadows.
  • Ultrawide and super-ultrawide aspect-ratio support (21:9, 32:9), with proper HUD scaling.
  • Native controller and mouse-and-keyboard parity, with on-the-fly prompt swapping when you alternate inputs.

AMD FSR 3.1 and Intel XeSS are also supported across all RTX, RDNA, and Arc cards as alternative upscalers.

Storage and install notes

The install footprint is 80 GB and an SSD is required on PC — the streaming system targets NVMe / M.2 class storage.
